Welcome aboard the Olivia Lee, a true sailing thoroughbred. Enjoy world class sailing in a fast and modern Frers designed Swan 56 that is both easy to handle, responsive and fast in all conditions. Olivia Lee was optimized for chartering. She has four staterooms, one with a double berth, and three with double bunks (one of which is for crew). All the cabins open onto a spacious main saloon and galley, and there are two heads (both electric fresh water) one for the forward cabins, and one for the aft cabins as well as a separate stall shower forward.

Accommodations:
Guest cabins are both port and starboard forward (each over/under single berths – both access to forward shared head/shower compartments).
Master cabin is starboard aft (double – ensuite with head).
The captain’s cabin is port side aft (over under single berths, access to engine/electrical/watermaker/etc).
All berths come with drawers underneath.

44' Luxury Catamaran Blue Bayou has three guest cabins, each with a queen size berth with memory foam, an en suite bathroom with electric head, separate stall shower, sink, reading lights, fan, air conditioning, opening ports for natural ventilation, and a non-opening window for light.

We also have a double air mattress if you would like to sleep on deck under the stars!

The yacht's interior is finished in warm and rich American walnut joinery with teak and holly soles. The salon has a dining table with leather settee, and the double sliding doors open to a large cockpit with seating for ten, and dining al fresco for six around a teak table under a bimini. There are sunscreens around the cockpit for shading the late afternoon sun.

The combination of space not only affords privacy, but also offers many shared areas for dining, having a drink, sunning, or just hanging out together!

Refit 2007, the 115' Luxury Yacht Kapalua is available for charter in the Caribbean.

Accommodations:
Kapalua accommodates up to 9 guests in 4 staterooms with en-suite baths. She is fully air-conditioned throughout. Interior wood is Maple and Tiger Wood.

The MASTER STATEROOM is amidship with full beam and walk-around King size bed. There are plenty of drawers and cedar lined hanging closets. There is a beautiful His and Her bath with spectacular etched glass pedestal sinks along with a sunken Jacuzzi and walkthrough shower. The master has a 32’’ flat screen TV with surround sound, DVD, and satellite.

Luxury Motor Yacht Rena now Available in the Caribbean for Charter

Rena 145' Jack Hargrave-designed motor yacht

Sea kindly and strong, this luxurious 145-foot private ship accommodates 10-12 guests in five beautiful staterooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and private Jacuzzis.

All five staterooms have state-of-the-art entertainment centers including flat screen satellite TV, DVD/CD, and Ipods friendly systems. Two of the staterooms -- the master and the VIP stateroom -- are especially large and have king-size beds. The other three staterooms are also finely appointed, with a queen and a twin; two of these staterooms also have a pullman berth.

Very well suited for private, family, and corporate charters, Rena underwent a major refit in 2004-2005 and is in impeccable condition.
